Description

紅麴是當今養生風潮下最值得注意的食品,以紅麴為主原料製成的紅糟,更是傳統美食烹煮常見的佐料,不但風味特別,對身體健康更是不可或缺營養食材。

紅麴的由來,最早可追朔製一千年前的宋朝,當時將紅麴普遍用於烹調、醫療及食材防腐用途。製作是利用米或山藥等食物當養分,在將紅麴菌播種於其中,於特定溫度自然發酵而成(紅麴菌是自然界中一種真菌,廣泛存於土壤及各種植物身上)

成份:圓糯米、陳年紅麴露、黑糖、海鹽


食用方法:烹煮料理後食用,請勿直接生食。
